Trip To Kebun Raya

We took a trip to Kebun Raya near the beginning of our unit on "Journeys" We drew maps of the gardens and used them in our tourist brochures.

The trip to Kebun Raya was fun because we were at the cactus gardens and the zoology museum. I really liked the Blue whale skeleton.

When we were looking at the map we looking where all the places were to go.

The Kebun Raya map.

We are looking at the names of the trees. Many are named after people who found the trees or who did something famous.

When we were observing the tree we saw how old it was by looking at the rings.

These two children are looking at the map near the aquatic plants.

It's an interesting fruit.

This is a big frog hiding under the lilypad.
